The Hot Dogs were better than the Pastrami. The Pastrami was nothing to boast about. But those Hot Dogs were absolutely the best I've had in years in any Kosher Deli. And the Split Pea soup to die for.

We got latkas and a corn beef on rye. A bit pricy but really good! The latkas were good maybe 7/10 but the corn beef was really good! 9/10.

We recently celebrated a 90th birthday party at Lido Deli in Long Beach, NY, and I cannot express how absolutely incredible the experience was! From the moment we arrived, every detail was perfect. Despite my initial concerns about space and hosting 50 guests, the setup was flawless, and the ambiance was warm and inviting and everyone had plenty of space. The owner, Wally, went above and beyond to make the day special. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for ensuring everything was perfect truly stood out. The food was beyond exceptional—delicious, plentiful, and presented beautifully. Everyone raved about the quality and variety of dishes. My favs are the latkes and the sandwiches.... So good. The staff deserves a special mention as well—they were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every guest felt welcomed and cared for. They took care of even the smallest details with such precision and care, making the event completely stress-free for me and my family. If you’re looking for a place to host a special occasion, look no further than Lido Deli. This is a gem in Long Beach, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the memories we created here. Thank you, Wally, and the entire team for an unforgettable experience!

Firstly, great service! I didn't realize that there was a dine-in option, because I'm a Katz's deli customer generally, And they happily converted it to me me without making an issue about a tip for service, but service was with a wonderful smile. Ironically, that's what caused me to tip. Both the pastrami and the corned beef, are better than I've had in every other similar style deli. Both crunchier and more flavorful, and I just wish that they were closer to me. Although I'd be worried about my waist if it was. I'm just going to review two items that are not on the options of selecting: Russell's Ruben: I don't know how this is not a staple in every single deli. The warm combination of the corned beef, and the warm sauerkraut, together with mustard, was phenomenal. I chose the garlic club bread, but I wonder if I overdid it and we'll try next time with plain rye bread. Pastrami knish: it's a combination of just doubling down on everything jewey, And I'm just wondering what we can add in next time to make it even better. Maybe warm sauerkraut? Keep that tradition alive and keep improving!

No disappointment here...we were a party of two...from the moment we were immediately escorted to our table to the doggy bag, it was a perfect experience. House Knish, Overstuffed Pastrami and Brisket on Rye were exquisite. The waiter was extremely pleasant and so were the number of gentlemen staff who checked in with us before, during and after our sandwiches were delivered... Definitely worth checking into.

The very best deli I’ve ever eaten at!!! the food is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The service was just as good as the food! Some of the best pastrami, noodle pudding, and knishes I have ever eaten. Don’t skip the apple strudel for dessert. It was wonderful!
